Fiona Kalaf

Fiona Kalaf is a management professional who has held senior executive positions in commercial, corporate and not-for-profit organisations.

Fiona was responsible for leading HBF’s Member First program: a broad-ranging distribution and member relationship management strategy. As Business Manager at Asgard Wealth Solutions, Fiona was responsible for business performance planning and reporting, business process improvement and quality service delivery. As Head of State Office WA/SA with the Commonwealth Bank, Fiona oversaw business planning and performance, HR, and local area marketing. Fiona developed the award-winning Wesfarmers Arts sponsorships program, and managed the company’s renowned art collection.

Fiona is a member of the Board of the Art Gallery of WA, the WA Planning Commission’s Central Perth Planning Committee, and the East Perth Redevelopment Authority.

Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts (Fine Arts), a Bachelor of Architecture, a Graduate Diploma in Business and a Masters of Business Administration (Advanced).

Anthea Van der Horn

Anthea Van der Horn is a brand management and marketing communications specialist, whose experience with large brands puts her in a unique category.

As Group Brand Manager at HBF, Anthea project managed the re-launch of this iconic West Australian brand, from the initial design brief to execution of the new look across all customer touchpoints. She also oversaw member communications and corporate brand representation at sponsored events like the HBF City to Surf.

Anthea managed marketing communications at Police & Nurses Credit Society, responsible for market positioning, product promotions and brand management across all mediums from online to mass media and employee communications. In both of these roles Anthea delivered successful integrated marketing campaigns, in highly competitive product categories and heavily regulated industries.

Anthea holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Public Relations and Marketing) and a Certificate IV in Small Business Management.
