Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may contain pricing or typography errors. Correct prices and promotions are validated at the time your order is placed.

Delivery Information

All products are sent within Australia by Express Post.

Our delivery charges include postage and packaging within Australia. We don't insure the goods, but we do replace them if they are lost in transit. Please note this applies to personal shoppers only and not to our wholesale clients, for whom we recommend they confirm their insurer will cover goods lost in transit.

Once your order has been placed, if one of the products you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an e-mail message to notify you as soon as possible of the estimated delivery timing.

Returns & Refunds Policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused in its original packaging within seven (7) days of receipt. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or on wholesale sales. However, we do, of course, honour all our statutory obligations.
